The focus of the MC Sales & Associates, Inc. team is in creating and developing opportunities. We track all on-going opportunities on a database system that keeps this information available. Using this information for organization, our sales meetings concentrate on opportunities that are near conclusion, with the final result of a purchase order from a satisfied customer.
Our territory is all of Arizona and New Mexico and the city of Las Vegas. This is a large geographic area containing a major portion of the electronic business nationwide.
Due to the size of this territory, it is very important to travel to the main industrial hubs on a frequent basis. For this reason, we are based in Phoenix which is by far the largest marketplace in the territory. We travel to Tucson every week and travel to Albuquerque and Las Vegas once every 4-8 weeks.
Above all at MC Sales & Associates, Inc., we realize that personal selling is still personal. Customers buy from and work with people they like and respect. For this reason, we strive to maintain the highest integrity in our business relationships and we try to become as involved as possible with our customers, learning to understand their buying needs and motivation.
Monte has worked the Southwest territories in the electronics industry since 1973. He has been a Sales Representative/Sales Manager for manufacturing companies and for a large national distributor. MC Sales & Associates, Inc. is a rep firm specializing in passive components, electro-mechanical hardware and services, established in 1995. Monte is the President and CEO of MC Sales & Associates, Inc. He has a vast knowledge in the electronics marketplace with more than thirty (30) years of expertise promoting the sales of these products & services. Monte is responsible for his account base in Arizona, New Mexico and Las Vegas, along with distributor sales throughout the territory. The continued success of MC Sales & Associates, Inc. is mostly due to the strong relationships established over the many years in these territorities.
